We're winging it.

Dave and Kevin have been making music together in the Capital District for about a decade. They first played side by side in Undercover, a five-piece cover band that worked the local circuit with classic rock from the '60s, '70s, '80s and some '90s, and built a real following. Then COVID shut things down and the lineup went in different directions.

After a few years on their own musical paths, they're back together as The Wingers. Same kind of music, stripped down to two acoustic guitars and very little in the way of effects. The point is right there in the name: we're winging it, playing the music we like to play and like to listen to, and sharing it with you.

You won't get intricate performances out of us. You will get the songs you love, played simply and in the only way we can do it. Blunt, honest music at its best! We add harmonies wherever we can, and often where there aren't supposed to be any. Sometimes they work great and sometimes they work OK, but we have a lot of fun doing it.
